GuitarValet 1.0, an old app that says it's from 1994 in "Get Info", gives you the notes for each guitar string. Works on everything from my Outbound notebook(7.1) to my Duo 230 to my PowerCenter 150/G3(OS9.1). If you can't find it, I can e-mail it to you(only 52k).
