The ADB connector is the same as the one used on S-Video cables, you should
be able to pick them up (both mail and female) anywhere (even Radio Shack).
The HDI30 connector is quite a bit trickier to find. I remember seeing them
in Newark or one of the other electronic catalogs, but your best bet, at
least for the cable end, is to purchase a 3ft cable, chop the unused
connector and then use a continuity tester to confirm the pinout. If you
need more info, contact me off list and I'll see if I can dig up the name of
the company that built me some custom SCSI cables a number of years ago.
