I use Netscape 2.02 or iCab (but kept on crashing). IE is too darn slow
on this machine.

Netscape 2.02 and Netscape 4.6.1. IE also a bit too slow for my taste.

Whatever browser you have on your hard drive :). This machine is FAST,
so both IE and Netscape will work wonderfully.
On my 1400/233MHz and 3400c I like Internet Explorer 4.5, the ability to
save whole web pages, download manager, off-line browsing capabilities,
etc. BTW, I use both IE and Netscape, since they're both free :).
