Called up MCE and inquired about a G3 upgrade, and a 10 gig hard drive, and Kevin was polite, knowledgeble, and generous with information, not to mention patient with my repeat calls and slight nervousness mailing out my 2400c across the country....but it was shipped overnite, successfully installed with a phenomenal speedy newr tech G3 upgrade and hard drive, and returned back to me all within a few days....
