Hi, folks,
I just bought a 540c with a damaged case. It still works nicely,
but is missing hinge, battery compartment cover, and has a cracked top and
a broken latch. If someone has a good extra top with hinge with a ng
screen they would sell, I'd be a very happy camper. The hinge is broken on
the right side, where the ribbon cable comes up, snd the bracket where the
hinge fastens onto the top is missing as well. How do you replace the
battery compartment cover? Any suggestions?
