If you can find the Original Claris Organizer 2.0, it is the same
program and has a 68K version, you may not be able to HotSync AS EASILY
though, although you could conceivably make a workaround.  The same file
can be opened alternately by both CO 2.0 and Palm 2.1 without issue.

I've used and registered Consultant.  It is slow on machines other than
a fast PPC, it is also so feature rich that it is HEAVY to use (you
always have to figure out the "best" way to do things) and the interface
is clunky.

I bought it as an upgrade to CO, but I switched back after six months.
What did it for me was a bug that chronos kept on pretending didn't
exist, even though i had sent them screen shots of the problem.  Anyone
wants to buy my software license, please send me an e-mail...
