I am having a problem with my Battery. Yesterday, I picked up my computer
from an authorized Apple Sevice Center. Ordinarily I'd take the computer back
and have them correct this problem. However, I am writing this at the airport
lounge waiting for a plane to Budapest, Hungary. I won't be back for another
6-8 weeks. Any help with the following problem would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

The Problem

The battery does not seem to be charging. My 2400 only runs with the Power
Supply plugged in. My battery indicators show the battery as being empty AND
do not show the little electric bolt that indicates the battery is charging.
The indicator at the top of the screen shows the battery with an 'X' through
it.

Any suggestions???

Thanks in advance. Dennis
