You got a couple of issues here. The ethics of selling older versions of software you still own is somewhat tenuous as you're most likely violating your current application's licence. But I'm no expert here, so I'll let other's address that.

As far as eBay, my advice is to get acquainted with the search function and see how others are selling stuff you have. System CD's might be fairly marketable as there are people who bought those systems used who never got the system discs. The iMac modem oughta sell easy.

The fun of eBay is that you just never know what people are going to spring for. I've often sold obscure junk that was destined for the trash bin. Just be sure to always post a pic, describe it accurately, reply to email and ship promptly.
