Hello

I bought a Duo 280 and a Duo Dock with an ethernet card a few weeks ago,
been lurking since then. I have not had a PowerBook of any sort before
but have read as many FAQ as I could find. Anyway here are some questions:

The duo right hand shift key does not work; I removed the keyboard, the
keys and gave everything a wipe and dust. When I put the keyboard back
only about half the keys worked! I removed the keyboard and reattached it
a few times, the keys that did not worked changed, eventually I got back
to just the right shift key not working (it never did). Is this likely to
be something to do with attaching the keyboard ribbons? That is all i did
to get it working, just kept reattaching them. One of the ribbons is
creased could that be the problem?

Question 2 The duo often says that the it is running on low power even
though the control strip indicator says that there is over an hour left.
I have tried various recipes for resetting the powermanager, is there any
indication when this has been done right?

Question 3 Are there ways of thelling how good the battery is; what
voltage or whatever should it hold?

Thanks for the bandwidth, I hope these are not in some obvious FAQ
(I have some really dumb dock questions coming up:))
