If you have permamnent access to the internet or have means of getting 
assigned a temporary IP No. per session, you can of course use any of the 
numerous e-mail client programs available (I still find Claris Emailer 
very convenient). You need a POP server address (or IMAP with some ISP's) 
for receiving and a SMTP address for sending mail. While ISP's generally 
provide POP, the STMP option is hard to be found. netaddress.com 
(usa.net) used to have it, but I don�t know if they still do. 
Whether you employ a mail client to send your mail or go to the ISP's web 
page to do so, you should be aware that many servers will not accept mail 
with certain ISP sender addresses (I think Hotmail and Yahoo at least are 
on the filter list, but probably many more) because they have been 
flooded with junk mail...
