Just a few more words-
IMHO, the main reason to go with the 2300c is the FPU. If you're going to
run software which is FPU dependent, meaning Photoshop, Mathematica, Matlab
or the like, then no question- gotta getta 2300c. If you're just using it
for email, web cruising, writing or the like, then 280c is just peachy.
Since I like Matlab (Old version, no longer supported- actually, they might
be getting back into the Mac market if rumors are right), I had to upgrade
my 280c to a 2300 logic board. The only hard part was figuring out how to
disassemble the sucker.
