I'm really going to miss my 2400 and the community of the duolist, but I
broke down and bought a PB Bronze today. This means that the trusty
"Superbook 2400" must go along with all of the goodies. Before everything
goes to ebay, I figured that I'd mention what I'm selling to this
superlative group.

If you're not interested in seeing what I'm parting with, then end here.

Best regards for happy Mac-ing,
Craig T. Butler

Here's what's going to go in piecemeal:

PB 2400 original spec with battery, floppy disk drive, monitor adapter,
power supply, original box, manuals, etc.

64MB RAM

6.4 GB IBM Drive 12.5 mm

Newer G3/240 1MB Kind of rare (Macbench about 860); not one of the 512K ones
seen periodically on ebay which Macbench at about 750.

Rare Pioneer 24X SCSI External Drive. Battery Powered or AC. Comes with AC
adapter and SCSI cable. Mint condition. Fits perfectly in an Iomega ZIP
case. Mac bootable. Very fast, very nice. Supports audio extraction.
Auto eject. Very small, very cool. I don't even know where to find these
any more since PioneerDirect.com no longer lists this item. Paid about $230
WITHOUT cable or driver ($300 with both). You can use the Apple Driver
5.3.1 or I can find something for buyer to work with)

Extra battery (just over 1 1/2 hour capacity [90 min] capacity at "full
blast")

Extra power supply (mint condition if I can find where I put it...)

Extra power supply (flaky)

Extra floppy disk drive (has worked great, sits in my drawer at work)

Extra VGA adapter

GV 56K/10 BT PCMCIA Card. Works flawlessly. Cell phone ready

Extra dongle for above card

TDK 56K modem- Excellent!!! Super reliable (got it before the GV)

ADB light

89 MB Ministor TypeIII PCMCIA card. AWESOME Cool factor.

Farallon Infrared Adapters. One for printing, the other for communicating
with desktop computer.

Black and White Connectix Quikcam, serial, with or without Unopened SeeuCMe
Software (or however you say it)

Some people, after trying to talk me out of getting the PB Bronze, have
begun to ask about the 2400, the HD, the battery, and the Newer Card. I've
been checking ebay for comparable prices, and I'll work off of that.

If you want the Newer Card, the HD, or the RAM installed in your machine
I'll do it for free in NYC or Long Island. Otherwise, well...we'll figure
something out. Of course, I'd be willing to do a package deal. I plan on
going to ebay with these items sometime soon.

Peace,
Craig
