First I installed System 8.6 thru the PCMCIA 2.5" Enclosure onto a new MK1011GAV Toshiba IDE HD. Then I installed the HD in my 2400c. When I plug the power cord in I get tone and then a blank screen. Reset switch turns it off and on after that but no tone. When I put the old 1.3gig back in, unpluging the backup battery & plugging it back in everything boots up just fine.
