There have been several messages about battery and power management unit difficulties, but I'm still stuck and hoping that list members can help. My battery was registering low, so I had it rebuilt by Digital House Communications. The rebuilt battery still registers as low. Vince at Digital House has been helpful, but unsure what to do. I've been starting the computer about every other time using the reset button on the back, trying to remember to pull the battery out first. I have not been holding the reset button down for an extended time -- I recently read something about that (on the list? -- I'm not sure). So far, no luck. Any suggestions? If I can't resolve the problem by next month, I'll return the battery and buy a new one from Battery Technology, who promises to have a replacement battery for the 2400 then.
