Actually, there is a far more serious problem with Cyberdog -- it doesn't do
JavaScript. Now it's easy to say that Javascript is a programmer's shortcut
that shouldn't be used, but, unfortunately, it's become the tool of choice for
too many webmasters.
I can't access my bank, for example, even though it will accept the low-level
encryption that Cyberdog offers; the sign-on screen is written in Javascript,
and I can't get in.
I've also noticed that there are lots of "sign in" screens that I can't access.
In it's defense, though, the instant back function is absolutely amazing,
especially for rummaging around eBay, for example. You can check out an
auction and immediately go back to the master list.
Oh, another shortcoming is that URL's are not clickable in the mail module.
Sure, you can highlight them and drag and drop them, but that's sure not
cutting edge.
