No, Marc, this is good info to have from time to time. It would be different if you
were bidding on his Duo! :-) In fact I wholeheartedly agree. I just bought a 2300c
with modem and 32MB and an Apple Duo MiniDock on eBay for $315. That's quite a bit
lower than what I paid for the same thing in the Spring of 1998 for $1,000. If I
were you, I'd unload my 2400 now. I believe Apple will announce a sub compact
laptop sooner than we think, perhaps even January. The minute they do, everyone
will start unloading their 2400s & Duos trying to get the best price, even if the
new PowerBook doesn't ship for 6 more months!
