I've successfully used the Apple twisted-pair transceiver M0437 with both
the Duo Dock II and the Duo Dock Plus. Right now, I have only a DuoDock II
and my Q840av hooked together via Ethernet.

I've got a Farallon Etherwave minihub which has two RJ-45 ports and one
AAUI pigtail hooked to the Q840av and the Apple Ethernet xcvr M0437 hooked
into the Duo Dock II. Farallon made a lot of versions of their Etherwave
beastie and you can easily find them for sale on eBay. Just be sure you
know the difference between AUI, AAUI, RJ-45, BCN, etc..
