Dear All -

A long time ago (beginning of August) I asked about the extra serial
port on the back of the mini-dock. It's been a low priority task but
today I did make a connection to my ISP over the PSTN. Solution
includes:

A UK-specific Duo DAA (a little grey box with a mini-DIN connector to
the dock, and a socket for a US-style telephone jack). Into the
socket I put a US-style phone-plug with bare wires, and
cross-connected them (1 to 4, 2 to 3, 3 to 2, 4 to 1) to a UK-style
phone-plug with some bare wires !

It works.

So that's OK.

Now I need to get the SCSI mode working, the floppy disk working
again, and AppleShare working again!! Hey ho!

Thanks to all who helped on this matter.

Regards
