Has anyone ever fully investigated the situation with active vs. passive LCD connectors on the 68k Duo series? I'm curious whether the logic board for a 250, for instance, differs from the 230, or whether they both have both types of connector. I'm given cause to wonder this by the recent discussion about PPC upgrade boards vs. stock 2300c boards (which apparently established that they're the same board, with the ability to drive either display type). The practical application would be to buy a dead 250 (like the one now on eBay, though not at the price being asked) and use the display to upgrade the 230 belonging to a friend of mine. Up 'til now I'd considered this impossible, but it seems worth asking again. Anyone tried anything like this, or at least experimented in that area? -- Marc Sira | [EMAIL PROTECTED] "If you can't play with words, what good are they?" ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
