I tried ViaVoice on the powerbook, but only with the built in mic.
You have to select each time in the control strip the built in
Microphone, because viavoice want to use the external Microphone. It
worked in this way, but it is terribly slowwww. It takes forever
until the typed text comes up and everything is sluggish (I have a
2400c/G3 240Mhz/500k/80MB RAM/10GB HD/Cardbus(!! btw works wonderful
with USB and FireWire card!!)
