try pressing down on the left hand wrist wrest of your duo... if the battery
starts charging, it could be that you're not making a completely solid
connection to the leads... to fix this, I cracked my baby open with a torx,
and check the small strip that comes loose... mine wasn't letting the top
and bottom of the duo fit nicely, hence no charging and random powerloss.
