The new (11/15/99) Apple Card Support 1.3.5 will allow the cardbus enabled
PowerBook 2400 to start up with McAlly USB PCMCIA card already installed
while using Mac OS 9. Previously, the startup with card installed would only
occur using Mac OS 8.6.

Late note: Am now up and running with Airport (2nd piece of hardware) and
Farallon SkyLINE wireless PCMCIA card. Many kudos to Farallon tech support
who were outstanding and without whom it would have been impossible.
