I got my WaveLAN stuff at Brumley & Assoc. Anyway, here is a description of the Extender Range antenna. Lucent WaveLAN "Range Extender" Antenna $88.00 WaveLAN "Range Extender" Antenna, 5dbi, proprietary connector. Base for desk flat surface installation or may be permanently installed. COMCODE 848072633 Just go to http://www.brumleynet.com. No relationship, just a satisfied customer. But from the WaveLAN site, I think this antenna has to connect somehow to the Base Station. http://www.wavelan.com/products/productdetail.html?id=10 What's even more interesting is that Brumley has an Ethernet/Serial converter which allows a serial "printer" to be connected to the WaveLAN network. Of interest to the Duo owners, why couldn't it be hooked up to a serial port on a Duo/Dock? May need drivers. Expensive solution ($364 for the converter and you still need to pick up a WaveLAN card) but still, wireless Duo??? or any old serial port Mac? http://www.wavelan.com/products/productdetail.html?id=25 Hope this helps.
