I'm guessing they aren't telling you something. :-) Chances are, however,
that they don't know what they did wrong either, nor that they did
something wrong. You might try holding down the power key on the back of
the duo (right hand side) for about a minute. Try it a few times. You
should get the chimes when you first do it, but continue holding down the
button for about a minute. It might not work the first time, but after two
or three tries, if the problem is only the power manager (and I say if) it
should eventually restart. If they did, however, fry something, this won't
work.
I have a request. If it doesn't work, would you sell the poor, dead unit to
me? I have a 230, and could use a keyboard, and would like some spare parts
in case I have other problems (screws, screen, etc). I live in Poland, and
som colleagues of mine are travelling to England this weekend for three
weeks, and could bring it back with them. If you would like, please let me
