Nope! What you have there my friend is what I put in my 2300 -- a Global
Village 19.2 modem. But don't get too excited, unless you subscribe to a rare
percentage of ISP or live overseas, nobody supports it -- it'll be like having
a 14.4.

Instead of the Express Modem software (de-install it), go to Global Village and
download their PowerPort 500/Duo modem software. You will need their modem
control panel in addition to the Modem control panel you already have to set
things up.
