I just got a new (used) duo battery, model 1499, and it appears to be defective. In the external charger it causes the indicator light to turn red. When inserted into the duo, while duo is running of AC adapter, it causes the powerbook to shut down. The PB cannot be started with this battery inserted. Any ideas?
