You can get this by downloading the Apple Driver Developer Kit from Apple, but I recommend against that... Apple was smart this time around. I assume to intentionally thwart unsupported machine, they make the actual installer perform the same resource-editing steps you are intstructed to perform in the DDK. What I did, was perform an install on my iMac Rev.
