Based on the latest article from Wired: httP://www.wired.com/news/technology/0,1282,36121,00.html My deduction is that it looks like Apple may pass over the sub-compact market altogether. Why address it when they have a great full sized model and a kick-ass palm sized model (you know Apple won't make the same mistakes again as with Newton). I mean there's no way to make a sub-compact without a bunch of accessories (like the Duo). If they make a palm sized that does everything a laptop can do, I'd rather carry it around. Think about it, if they have a video port for presentations, you could easily carry along a separate LCD monitor of whatever size you needed.
