I've had mediocre experiences. Example: bought a software program
from him that had an invalid serial number and hence was useless. Therewere
long delays getting him to respond to the situation. Finally agreed to arefund,
if and only if I paid $3.20 for shipping the floppies back to him. Thatwould put me
out some bucks and still with no program. I gave up and dropped thematter
and have since done my powerbook and software shopping on ebay
with generally excellent results.
