Replaceing the drice itself is a piece of cake, just take out i two screws
on the bottom remove keyboard, then remove the screws holding the drive
innplace.  Disconnect the cable and startthe process in reverve to install
the new one.  May take 10 min tops.  Installing software on the new drive is
the biggest pain, and the most time comsuing.  You'll have to boot from disk
till you get a system forlder installed, Zips are not bootable i think.  You
can boot from floppy, then drag your old system folder that you back-up up
on zip and drag it onto the new hard drive.

You will have to rebless this "new"/old system folder but that is not hard
at all.
