I don't know about instructions. I just did it on my own, winging it.
I seem to remember that there are some instructions on opening the dock in
the manual.
I used the sled from a IIsi, and got a cable at a surplus electronics
store. It was a little tricky figuring out how to fold it.
Worked fine, first time!
