Dead Cells
They will show a full charge then when you start-up boom they go flat on
you!  Had that problem also!  Toss them and get new ones.  It's also a good
Idea to let them drain all the way down then re-charge them.  Keep them
fully charged all the time is not good for them they have to drain -
re-charge in a cycle.
