IN Guadalajara AOL is the pits (10-15 calls to get connectede each time).
Mexico City is somewhat better. Yahoo is heavily promoted, might want to
check their site for any info on ISPs. MSN, as much as I hate to suggest it,
might be OK. There is a ton of adverts up for MSN, as well as several other
ISPs. If you speak spanish, try www.yupi.com to see if there are any
suggestions for ISPs. Lots of Internet Cafes in Guadalajara and in the DF,
but less in outlying areas.
