Hi, I bought a new battery for my duo 2300c from BTI about a month ago. It
worked fine up untill about a week ago. Now my duo refuses to boot with
the battery. I can plug it in to the power adapter and boot just fine, but
when the computer
boots up it shows that it has no battery in it, even though the new
battery is properly seated in the duo. I tried booting with my old duo
battery that only lasts about 15 min. and the duo booted fine, it also
showed that there was a battery in it when i booted from the power
adapter. Does anyone know what is going on? Have I gotten a faulty battery
which should be returned?

Thank you in advance for you input.
