Well . . . not exactly. But she's really really sorry and she promised 
never to do that again. (Pretty nearly scared the poop out of her, too, 
since the wall-outlet half of the cord followed her all the way into the 
next room.)

Sun Remarketing has them listed for a lovely $20, but they're back 
ordered and they say they _might_ have some in eight weeks. So I'm off to 
look for alternatives.

Thanks to Kiran and to everyone else who offered sources or confirmed 
that I don't actually need the 2400-specific model. I don't think I'm 
going to be able to get out of this for $20, but I probably won't have to 
spend $100. :-)
