I am trying to get the internal Global Village 19.2 modem to work on my 270c so I can access the internet. After installing the GV software (Version 2 5 for Powerport 500 and Duo) when I restart the computer a message appears: "The GlobalFax software was not installed because there was not enough memory available. Error No -108" I have 24 MB of memory so that is not an issue! Also if I turn on Virtual Memory I still get this message.+ Also when I click on the Powerport for 500 and Duo control panel a message appears: "The Powerport for 500 and Duo series control panel was not properly initialized at startup time. Make sure it is in the Control Panels folder and the Global Village Toolbox is in the EWxtensions folder, then restart your Macintosh." Well I did all this and still get the same useless messages and hence are unable to use the internal modem. Paul Cherubini ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
