Just an open e-mail to all of you who wrote in with informantion about how to
deal with my Duo Dock tick of death, and getting the power manager reset.

The release button on the dock worked so the laptop is out of the dock now
and the power management reset worked so the laptop is up and running. Also,
the web address of http://zimmer.csufresno.edu/~cleary/computers/duo.html
does work for my browser anyway, and looks to have all the info I will need
to get the dock back in order. Seems to be a great site and I look forward
to exploring more of it.

A million thanks to all of you!!

Eric Nelson =)
