sorry, mail phantom mailed out the document before I finished. as I was saying, You must ALWAYS DISCONNECT ALL the ribbon cables before taking the upper casing apart! First thing you must do is allow the keyboard to come forward so that you can disconnect both keyboard AND trackpad ribbon cable!
