not to be the boring staid ol geek here, but do know that these documents
are not intended for the public, and apple shuts the sites down because of
traffic abuse.  it is intended as a reference site for authorized service
centers and apple internal use.  while they have fallen into the public
sector, they are still copywrited materials so be careful what you post for
the public consumption...
