New question #194769 on Duplicity:
https://answers.launchpad.net/duplicity/+question/194769

Duplicity is creating too many files in the same directory. Regularely, i hit
the maximum limit of files per folder and duplicity returns an error :

ncftpput duplicity-inc.20120425T030106Z.to.20120426T030047Z.vol114.difftar.gpg:
server said: Too many files:
[duplicity-inc.20120425T030106Z.to.20120426T030047Z.vol114.difftar.gpg] won't
be saved, faites des tarballs.
Running 'ncftpput -f /tmp/duplicity-wjQNBe-tempdir/mkstemp-3jqQJ2-1 -F -t 30 -o
useCLNT=0,useHELP_SITE=0  -m -V -C
'/tmp/duplicity-wjQNBe-tempdir/mktemp-S8Rkvf-117'
'duplicity-inc.20120425T030106Z.to.20120426T030047Z.vol114.difftar.gpg'' failed
(attempt #1)

I have been searching on the mailing list and Google, I didn't find anything
about that problem. Wouldn't it possible to have an option to force duplicity
to use folders to save its file (year/month structure for instance) ?

Thanks
