Finally got the PPAs fixed, past the build and test stages, but you will see a Deprecation Warning as below. Looks like LP is using old Python Packaging. It runs OK, so just ignore the warning. Snaps work fine. Pips work fine. It's only the Launchpad builder that's screwed up and there's not a lot I can do about it, except put in a bug report.
