Hi DVC install gurus!
I got the following report from a user.
Should it be possible to install DVC.el without tla installed now?
Or do we need still some changes to make this work?

I don't appear to be able to build dvc without tla installed. I just
want a way to use bzr from emacs, so that seems like an unreasonable
requirement. Any hints?
During "../configure", the following appears:
checking for tla... no
configure: WARNING: *** No tla program found.
checking for baz... no
configure: WARNING: *** No baz program found.
checking for bzr... bzr
checking arch branch to use... configure: error: *** Can't use tla
because tla isn't available
BTW, even though the DVC web site says that questions and comments are
appreciated, there's no mention of how to contact you. I had to read
through the source code to find your email address.
