Autoload xdarcs-whatsnew. Add xdarcs-revert-files and
xdarcs-remove-files. Tweak xdarcs-parse-whatsnew to recognize added
files and files with just a +[0-9] or -[0-9].

Add xdarcs ignore-file support.
Added xdarcs-dvc-edit-ignore-files, xdarcs-dvc-ignore-files, and
xdarcs-dvc-ignore-file-extensions. Tweak xdarcs-parse-whatnew to drop
the initial "./" on files, which was causing difficulties in ignoring
files.
