xgit: Remove extra slash after tree-root in some places
* lisp/xgit-core.el (xgit-tree-has-head): Remove extraneous slash after
xgit-tree-root.
* lisp/xgit-dvc.el (xgit-dvc-log-edit-file-name-func): Remove extraneous
slash after xgit-tree-root.
