I think we can delete dvc-buffer-all-marked-file-list. The docstring says it is a superset of dvc-buffer-marked-file-list; it includes hidden files.
It is only used in tla.el, and as far as I can see, never differs from dvc-buffer-marked-file-list. I suspect "hidden files" were never actually implemented.
