Fix tla--message-with-rolling compiler warning
* lisp/tla.el: Fix typo in comment. Require dvc-about since we want to
use dvc-about-message-with-rolling. Use dvc-about-message-with-rolling
rather than tla--message-with-rolling to fix compiler warning.
