In dvc-add-log-entry, avoid setting dvc-partner-buffer wrong, and avoid
using wrong back-end.
* lisp/dvc-log.el (dvc-add-log-entry-internal): abort if can't tell which
log-edit buffer to use.
* lisp/dvc-buffers.el (dvc-type-buffers): new function.
