Replaced `save-some-buffers' by `dvc-save-some-buffers' in `dvc-status'.
dvc-save-some-buffers will not touch buffers which do not correspond to a
file within the tree being checked for status. It already has a
`dvc-do-not-prompt-for-save' user option, so no need for
`dvc-confirm-save-buffers'.

Define back-end specific wrappers for dvc-log-edit and dvc-add-log-entry.
This allows the user to call explicictly e.g. M-x xgit-log-edit RET,
which can be usefull when a tree is managed by multiple back-ends.
This patch also adds the probably less usefull wrappers: "add-files",
"revert-files", "remove-files", "ignore-file-extensions",
"ignore-file-extensions-in-dir". Other wrappers can be added later by
adding stuff to `dvc-back-end-wrappers'.
