xgit: Make xgit-addremove take effect only in the current directory
* lisp/xgit.el (xgit-add-all-files): Mention that this takes effect in
the current directory.
(xgit-addremove): Per comments by Matthieu, Change "add -u" to "add -u
.". Document that this takes effect in the current directory, and also
adds files which have been modified.

xgit: Check in improved version of xgit-addremove
* lisp/xgit.el (xgit-addremove): Use improved variant of this command
from the git mailing list, which avoids using pipes and xargs.
