Allow dvc-current-active-dvc to prompt when more than one back-end is
present.
dvc-add-log-entry creates a log-edit buffer consistently.
dvc-log-edit ditto.
dvc-log-edit, dvc-add-log-entry respect other-frame parameter
consistently.
* lisp/dvc-buffers.el (dvc-get-matching-buffers): New function, replacing
`dvc-type-buffers'
* lisp/dvc-defs.el (dvc-prompt-active-dvc): New variable.
* lisp/dvc-log.el (dvc-dvc-log-edit): Add no-init option, make
non-interactive.
(dvc-add-log-entry): Add other-frame option.
(dvc-ediff-add-log-entry): New function, to be invoked from ediff
control buffer
(dvc-add-log-entry-internal): Add other-frame option. Move check for
existing log-edit buffers into dvc-log-edit.
* lisp/dvc-register.el (dvc-apply): Bind dvc-temp-current-active-dvc once
the back-end is determined.
(dvc-current-active-dvc): Add dvc-prompt-active-dvc. Set cache for both
root and default-directory, to avoid confusion when switching back-ends.
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-log-edit): Add no-init argument. Intelligently
reuse existing log-edit buffers to disambiguate back-ends.
* lisp/xgit-dvc.el (xgit-dvc-log-edit): Delete, since dvc-log-edit will
do the right thing anyway.
* lisp/xhg-dvc.el (xhg-dvc-log-edit): Delete, since dvc-log-edit will
do the right thing anyway.
* lisp/xmtn-dvc.el (xmtn-dvc-log-edit): Add no-init option. Use 'xmtn
instead of dvc-current-active-dvc when possible.
(xmtn-dvc-diff): Allow path argument to be lower than root.
* lisp/baz-dvc.el (baz-dvc-log-edit): Add no-init parameter, not
implemented.
* lisp/tla-dvc.el (tla-dvc-log-edit): Fix call to tla-edit-log, use
no-init.
Other misc changes:
* docs/DVC-API (dvc-revision-get-file-in-buffer): Add section for
required external tools.
* lisp/dvc-core.el (dvc-log-edit-file-name): Add FIXME to use
define-dvc-unified-command
* lisp/dvc-ui.el (Tools menu): Fix reference to "Arch".
